Mrs. Harper oversees all clinical operations. She is responsible for achieving and maintaining highest quality of care as well as implementing new specialties. Mrs. Harper studied Nursing school at Columbia University New York , and holds CRNP degree through University of Pittsburgh. She worked with Cedars Sinai Medical Center, other humanitarian organization which perform medical services in impoverished regions of the world.
